Christian is a business and technology focused, hands-on leader with best practice Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, and Financial Management experience in highly customized, complex, and interconnected business environments in the Utilities, Aerospace & Defense, Federal Government – Department of Defense, Federal Government – Public Health, Metals & Mining, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Steel Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Global Retail, and Apparel & Footwear (AFS) Industries.
CIYIS was founded in 2013 by Christian Y. Sellu doing work primarily in the private sector. Within CIYIS, Christian is focused on maintaining relationships with clients, large & small system integrators, staffing firms, and software OEM vendors in the industry as well as providing technological leadership in prototyping, R&D, and building innovative solutions for clients utilizing emerging technologies.
Christian has extensive experience delivering outcome driven solutions with a proven ability to apply technology to transform and improve operations, lower costs, and accelerate growth for customers globally.
Christian also has extensive experience working collaboratively with senior and executive leadership to drive sustainability and operational excellence that drive top-line and bottom-line results across the organization.
Throughout his career he has provided expertise in designing enterprise architectures and ensuring its successful implementation with the ability to conceptualize, design and lead the implementation of new and existing systems integration efforts in emerging technologies in on-premise ERP and XaaS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) cloud technologies.
His program management experience includes project planning, execution of project tasks in mission critical and highly visible environments, resource estimation, staffing, status communication to executive sponsors, managing delivery from blueprinting through support, and scope management.
Prior to CIYIS, Christian worked as a consultant in the Big 4 and with various system integrators within the ERP and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) industries.
Christian has worked across multiple industries in the public and private sectors and has received recognition from leadership within 1) the US Army, 2) the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, and 3) the Department of Navy for exemplary support in support of mission critical public and private sector ERP programs.
Christian has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School – Emory University with a concentration in Consulting & Venture Management.
