SAP today announced SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance, a new range of governance, risk, and compliance cloud services. The new features are the first in a planned range of services intended to address the growing demand for identity-as-a-service (IDaaS) solutions.

SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance is designed to assist organizations in managing identities and optimizing compliance processes. Each of the solution’s services works independently or in combination, allowing businesses to extend and manage their identities according to their growth and needs.

The new solution will integrate with SAP’s existing HANA Cloud Platform, which enables secure single-sign-on functionality and accessibility on any device. Together, the two platforms look to simplify the management of identities for both cloud-based and on-premises systems.

With this launching of SAP cloud governance capabilities and SAP’s previous announcement of a new SAP HANA Cloud Platform SDK for iOS , it is an exciting time for organizations exploring these emerging & robust capabilities on the SAP HANA platform.
